Looking for an ancient flashdrive from 2000s

I need a really old flashdrive, those from 2000-2010, less than 4GB (256m, 512mb, 1gb, 2gb, 4gb). These used to be really slow and used the USB 1.0 protocol. I need one of those to restore an ancient computer back to live. I would really appreciate help with it.
