Mid-Century Modern Kidney Shaped 2nd Tier Coffee Table

Add a touch of retro charm to your living space with this beautiful pre-loved mid-century modern tiered coffee table. This stylish piece features a distinct two-tier design with a warm wood-look finish and classic tapered legs, offering both functional surface space and a sophisticated vintage aesthetic. It is solid wood underneath the classic period wood-look arborite. Beautifully made. Love that curve on the bottom tier to complement the shape of the top! Also, notice that it’s pencil signed in the underside with the craftsman’s initials. As this is a pre-owned item, please note it shows some signs of gentle wear consistent with its age and history, which only adds to its authentic character. (See photos). I just noticed that one leg is slightly different than the rest on the bottom (last photo). Not really noticeable when the table is upright. A repair made at some unknown time in its arguably 80 + some year history. Someone also tried to paint the legs, apparently, but didn’t know how to do it properly and should’ve left it. Despite this, it is lovely and is a perfect focal point for any MCM-inspired room. - Dimensions: Approximately 35 inches long by 17 inches wide x 14 high. If you have ever dreamed of a table that tells a story while holding your afternoon tea, this is the one for you! It is ready to find a new home where it can continue being the centre of attention. It is truly a find; I have never seen one of its kind. Please note that if this advertisement is still live, the table is available and waiting for its new home. Glendale SW area
