Apple AirPods Max Headphones-not working

Apple AirPods Max over-ear headphones in silver. They feature active noise cancellation and spatial audio. Comes with a Smart Case. They are not working for an unknown reason. Im told heavy use can cause condensation issues but not sure. Headband had a cover over so still white with no markings. Smart Case included. Ear cushions if you want them, but can be purchased.
