Summer subletting whole apartment

We subletting unit as a bachelorette or studio apartment. Living room and kitchen, with balcony. 👍 Space is ideal for 1 person. Normally it's a 1 bedroom apartment, but in the bedroom we will lock all our things all baby toys! We have a lot... You will have enough empty space. Location has Nofrills 8 min walk. Dollorama downstairs. 15 min away by walk freshco, metro, Liberty village with fancy places.🍵🍸 🚎Bus/streetcar stop is downstairs. Center is 20 min by bike! Lake is 10 min by bike. 29 bus goes right to Dufferin subway station 🚉 10 min ride. Laundry room in the building. Fully equipped kitchen. Big balcony. Internet included. All utilities included. Looking for reliable person who can keep the place clean. Water the plants. 🪴 It's last minute because we were afraid to let a stranger in, but decided to give it a try. 🤷🏼‍♀️ We renting this place for 5 years and don't want to have troubles with superintendents, so we will need recommendations.
