Grey Sectional Sofa

PICKUP ONLY - UPPER EAST SIDE We love this couch and are only selling because we're moving to a bigger space. It's huge, super comfortable, and seats 6-7 people easily. It's comfortable but not too deep. Dimensions: 149" along the back (12.4 ft), 36" depth on the short side, 62" depth on the chaise side, 16" seat height. The couch is in very good condition. Cushion covers are removable and washable. There are very minor threads in 2-3 spots that can easily be concealed. The sofa is three separate pieces and can be taken apart for moving. It goes out via a service elevator, no stairs. Moving / COI info: If you're picking it up yourself (no moving company), no COI is needed. If you're hiring movers or a company to pick it up, they will need to provide a COI for the building. Message me with any questions!
