Nancy Noël Framed Art Print

High quality print by American artist Nancy Noël (1945-2020).
Entitled: 'Sarah'.
It depicts a young Amish girl tenderly embracing a white cat.
It's been professionally framed, and currently resides in a thin wood tone frame.
The embossed impression next to the signature serves as a certificate of authenticity from the The Art of N.A. Noël Studio.
The frame is in mint condition.
The print is nearly mint, but has one tiny mark on the border.
It's so small it's almost not worth mentioning, but I like to note any imperfections, regardless of how small they may be (please see pic #6)
Other than the tiny mark, the print is mint.
This picture comes from a non smoking home, and has never been exposed to any smoke whatsoever.
It measures 24 x 26 9/16 inches (including frame).
It has a sturdy hanging apparatus, with a new picture wire.
It's very light, making it really easy to hang.
Absolutely nothing needs to be done to it. Just hang and enjoy.
