Insignia Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU White + Extended war

Almost new portable air conditioner. It has 12000 BTU ASHRAE and 7000 BTU DOE, covering 300 sq ft. It is white and black and comes with a remote. Model number NS-AC12PWH5-C. I bought it from Best Buy and used it for only 20 days before packing it. I can look for the receipt as it has an extended warranty.
