Hestan Cue 11" Stainless Steel Frying Pan

This is an Hestan Cue 11-inch tri-ply stainless steel frying pan, compatible with all cooktops, including induction. Dishwasher safe. This fry pan has an embedded temperature sensor that was meant to work with Hestan Cue induction cooktop. However Hestan no longer supports this feature and I no longer have the cooktop. The sensor might work with some GE cooktops with the same Hestan technology, or if you are brave enough you can reverse engineer it (perhaps with Fable 5). However, even without the sensor, this works very well as a high quality pan that should last a lifetime.
