Mattress Details: • Brand: Beautyrest • Model: GL4 Eurotop • Size: Queen • Comfort level: Luxury Firm • Eurotop construction for additional cushioning • Pocket coil support system • Made in Canada • Approx. 60" W x 80" L • Approx. 14" thick BED FRAME Queen upholstered storage bed frame with a tall padded headboard featuring a square-tufted / grid design and a large lift-up storage area underneath. The bed is fully functional and currently in use. The frame does not bend, sag, or shift when lying on it. The upholstery is in excellent condition, with no stains, tears, or damage. Bed Frame Details: • Queen size • Tall padded upholstered headboard • Headboard height: approx. 53" • Neutral beige / greige upholstery • Square-tufted / grid design • Lift-up base with large under-bed storage • Great for luggage, seasonal items, extra bedding, and general storage Bed Frame Condition Notes: The price takes the following into consideration: • One hydraulic hinge on the right side is bent and does not operate properly, so the storage base lifts slightly unevenly and does not stay open on its own. It needs to be supported while open. • One storage floor panel has been patched but remains fully usable and currently supports stored items normally. • One piece of the wood frame is cracked. None of these issues affect normal use of the bed. It remains fully functional for sleeping, and the under-bed storage remains usable. PICKUP & TRANSPORT • Buyer will need to enter the unit for pickup. • The bed frame can be disassembled and reassembled for transport. • The mattress and frame are large, so at least 2 people are strongly recommended for pickup and moving. • Pickup time must be coordinated in advance once the sale is confirmed. • The building has a freight elevator available for furniture pickup, making transport through the building straightforward. • Please bring a mattress bag or protective covering for the mattress, plus moving blankets or protective covers for the bed frame. Smoke-free, pet-free, and child-free home. Moving Out Sale, check my other listings for more items. Cash or e-transfer accepted.
