Framed painting (signed by painter). See photos for full image of front and back. The frame extends about 7cm wide around the painting on all sides. External frame dimensions are 121 cm W x 78 cm H (47.64" x 30.7"). No glass. Excellent condition. Includes a small wire on the back for hanging. This is safest to hang from a screw in a stud or drywall anchor due to the size and weight. Pickup near Milner and Markham in Scarborough. This was originally in a cottage, smoke free and pet free environment. It is currently in storage.
