This is a vintage Jim Henson Productions Ernie character backpack. It's made of soft plush material with adjustable black straps. Dimensions are approximately 45 cm tall by 25 cm wide (18" by 10"). Vintage Jim Henson Sesame Street Ernie plush backpack is made of soft fabric with a multi-color striped shirt and blue pants. It has adjustable black nylon shoulder straps and a zipper closure on the back. The interior is lined with white fabric. Great condition, no stains and the zipper works fine.
