This 2010 black 4 door compact SUV is a 4Motion AWD with a 2.0T engine and low mileage for a 2010 vehicle at 170, 947. Clean Title. We have had it for 10 years (only second owner). Heated seats, panoramic sun roof (yes both work well), all weather tires are in very good shape. Fun to drive and easy to park. Comes with existing roof rack, tow package, and is in very good condition inside and out. No rust. Great mechanics vehicle as it needs some mechanical work for oil and coolant leaks. But price has been adjusted here accordingly and market value for low km AWD is close to $6,000. All-weather tires are in good shape as well.
