Health Care Aide (HCA) Golden Leo Seniors Residence Golden Leo Seniors Residence is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Health Care Aides (HCAs) to join our team. We are committed to providing respectful, person-centred care and creating a safe, comfortable environment for our residents. Position: Health Care Aide Location: Golden Leo Seniors Residence Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual Shifts: Days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and hydration. Provide companionship and emotional support. Observe and report changes in residents’ health and well-being. Follow individual care plans and workplace policies. Maintain accurate documentation. Promote residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, and choice. Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, families, and other care team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment. Qualifications Health Care Aide certificate or equivalent recognized training. Previous experience working with seniors is an asset. Current CPR/First Aid certification is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, reliable, and respectful. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
