Private room for rent

One bedroom available in a 3-bedroom shared suite in an older house. The bedroom is on the smaller side, approximately 8x11', but comfortably fits a queen-sized bed with room for a desk, chair, and dresser/closet. It also has a nice big window facing the backyard. The room can come furnished with a bed and frame if needed. The suite is shared with two other adults in a triplex house with suites above and below. The house is older and has a few quirks but is generally comfortable to live in. Please tell me a bit about yourself and what you do and like in a living situation, and I'll get in touch if you seem like you might like it here!
