Not gonna lie charges here and everything it completely shuts off if u leave it running without pressing the throttle for a few seconds I’d say it’s a battery problem the fender broke off too the scooters in fair condition and can only be used for parts it’s still rideable but it’s not a joy ride. Price can be negotiable.
