Low budget gaming pc(NO HDD/SDD)

this is a low budget gaming pc, I havent used in a while as you can tell from the dust. As for the specs i havent used it in a while but, I’m pretty sure its a 4gb gpu it also has 24gb of ddr3 with 2x8gb ram sticks of hyperX, it has two fans one outtake and intake with rgb, and it has 2 hdd slots as for ssd slot im not entirely sure. Im willing to negotiate a bit for it and you can have a good look at it when buying too, also comes with the power cord
