Big Private Room for rent in a 2bhk Apartment in downtown near churchill Lrt station. Available for move-in from july 1st. Water included. 10$ for wifi and electricity. Great option for students or working professionals, as it's close to almost everything. I am a student myself at UofA. It only takes about 15 minutes via lrt. 15 minutes to Nait on one bus. 10 Minutes to McEwan on one bus as well. 10 minutes lrt ride to kingsway mall. Other room is occupied by a male(myself). Anyone is welcome but I am southasian myself. 2 minutes' walk to Churchill Station. 1-minute walk to bus stops. Near Shoppers Drug Mart and the city center and loblaws. Walking distance to Rogers Place. Has a table but is not furnished with a mattress. Looking for clean, respectful, quiet people. NO smoking, drinking, or drugs in the apartment. Security deposit required(last month). Available for move-in from july 1st
