Sparkly navy blue dress with a high-low hem and tiered skirt. Adjustable spaghetti straps with a zippered back closure. Perfect for PROM or special occasions! ( color is more vibrant than in the photos, some evidence of it being worn is visible but minor ) *Important* ( I believe this dress is a size small, but it's missing a tag for me to check.
