Looking for roommates either 1 person or a couple

I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate 1 person or a couple, to share a 2 bedroom basement suite with 1 other person 50/50 cost shared, a couple 1/3 each of the cost. I will be looking for a place either in Maple ridge, Langley or Surrey, with utilities and internet included, minimum 6 month lease.
