Futon for sale

Hi, I’m selling a futon as I no longer have room for it, Folds out to full sized bed with removable armrests, very simple to fold down flat, perfect for guests etc In great condition apart from a hole in the back of the base (see third pic) which you can’t see if it’s up against the wall or folded down to use as a bed Pick up only please, thanks
