Sleeping Beauty Book haunted

This book comes with a warning as I will not take it back. Im moving after I sell it so it wont make its way back to me......again. My brother and his friends held a uigi board session when I was little in my play room and didnt close it. Since then this book has fallen off shelves and opened to pages when I was small. When we moved it to a different room ut would come back. It has been at my moms house locked away in a trunk, she is out of province, and it just shows up on my stool?!?! Also sometimes the characters are noticbly looking at different things.
