This UPPAbaby Cruz stroller is comfortable, lightweight, and very easy to manoeuvre. It comes with a rain cover -- a must in Vancouver.
The easy manuverability makes it much easier to use on public transit.
It has gotten a lot of use but it's still functional.
If you need the straps, they will need to be replaced (not included).
