Looking for a place to Rent In Victoria

Hi everyone 👋🏾 I’m currently looking for a place in Victoria or surrounding areas for September 1st or October 1st. Ideally, I’d love somewhere close to transit for easier commute. A little about me: 🔹️Working professional 🔹️Clean, quiet, & considerate 🔹️Respectful of shared spaces 🔹️ No drugs, Non-smoker 🔹️Easygoing, and responsible 🔹️No issues with previous rentals. What I’m looking for: 🏠 1 bed / 1 bath apartment, townhouse or basement OR 🛏️ Private room with a private bathroom preferred. I’m also open to sharing if it’s the right fit, ideally with just one other person. 📅 September 1st or October 1st 💰 Budget: $700–$1,000 🔑Sublet or month-to-month preferred 🚌 Close to transit 🧺 In-suite laundry would be great 🛒 Close to grocery stores would be a bonus. 🐶 No pets is my first preference, but I’m okay with a chill, friendly dog.
