This is a really pretty Carter’s Toddler Girl’s Holiday Dress size 24 months. It’s Navy Blue with roses on the bodice. It has polyester lining underneath the skirt and a second under layer that is nylon with a tulle ruffle that make’s the dress flare out. Worn once at Christmas. Pick up at James. Cash preferred.
