Acer laptop (audio works on Bluetooth only)

15.6-inch Acer laptop. 4GB ddr4 (one empty slot available to add new DDR4 RAM) with a 280GB HDD. The screen, keyboard, and touchpad work fine. The battery holds a charge; please see the attached picture for the battery report. The laptop runs Windows 10 and has Microsoft Office installed. It is suitable for basic tasks such as web browsing, using Microsoft Office, watching YouTube, streaming online movies, and completing schoolwork. Note: The only issue is that there is no sound from the speakers, but if you connect to a Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headphones, the sound works with no issues.
