This is a USB pet nail grinder. It's designed for low noise and vibration but not low noise or vibration enough for our cats to be happy. Tried it once and we didn’t make it past the slight touch of the wheel to a claw. Includes two nail grinding wheels. It's rechargeable and cordless. Charging cable wasn’t in package. Bug free, 3 cat household. No smoking in household. Pickup only.
