extra large cat wheel

I designed and built a giant cat wheel, but my cat was dropped on its head as a kitten and can't figure out how to use it. It has a 52" inner diameter suitable for large cats without stressing their spine. The outer diameter is 54". It has a steel mounting plate and a 1" diameter shaft that the bearings fit onto. The shaft needs to be sanded a bit for the bearings to fit on, or hammer them on. I'm selling at the cost of materials only.
