12000 BTU Shinco portable AC unit. 1 exhaust tube. I’ve only used for 1 summer and still in great condition. I’m moving to a place I don’t need AC for. Comes with the window fit pieces and a remote. I can also give you my bag of sealing foam and weather proof tape for installation.
Pick up yourself in Bensonhurst is best. In rare occasions I could borrow a friends car to bring to you - pending scheduling.
