PlayStation 5 disc edition custom stickers, you can take them off, Bluetooth/Wifi antenna was replaced but clips inside were broken so it’s just hanging there PS5 was internally cleaned, new power cord, red controller has Hall effect sticks(just need to be recalibrated) white controller has no upgrades but has little to no stick drift
