Character Ribbon dance Skirt

Handcrafted black ribbon skirt. It features three rows of blue and light blue ribbons. The skirt is approximately 45 cm (17.7 inches) in length. My daughter was using this in her character dance class in grade 4 to grade 8. Gently used and looks like new.
