Antique 20th Century Howes No. 2 Cast Iron Balance Scale

This is an antique cast iron balance scale "Attributed to" Howe Product condition: the condition of this scale is fair to good vintage condition. Untested but appears to be functional. The red paint still showing through is some areas but has largely been removed. The HOWE lettering has been mostly worn off which is why I can only say this is attributed to them, but it fits their no 2 model during the time range of 1905-1915. Price comparkson. Excellent condition scales for this male/model are usually ~$600-800. Given its condition I have reduced this a good chunk. I am open to negotiation for quick sale. This is sold as is where is
