You can place them just inches from a wall without hitting it. Made by Elran Furniture in Quebec, Canada for Sears. This chair has never been used, it is in pristine, brand new condition. I have no space for it. Dimensions: 34 inches wide x 35 inches long from the back to the front. It is 39 inches tall from the floor to the end of seat. 53 inches long when fully reclined.
