It works perfectly and is great for winter time when going to the gym and walking outside can be challenging due to the weather. A shrewd seller might be able to make a profit reseling it at a higher price tag. The footprint is not too big. I currently have it in a corner in my living room and I live in a one bedroom apartment. there is a movable tablet/phone support that attaches with magnets for entertainement. Manuals and other papers included from original purchase. OBS: The item can be disassembled, however, it is VERY heavy and hard to carry disassembled. if you take it assembled I will help you move the item to the truck. There are transport wheels.
