(1st November to 31st December) The condo is in an excellent location near Don Mills Subway Station and Fairview Mall, with everyday essentials, shopping, restaurants, groceries and other amenities within walking distance. The unit is well maintained and comfortably furnished, with a spacious living area, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dedicated workspace/home office setup, and plenty of natural light. Rent: $2,500/month. We would ideally prefer someone looking to rent for the full two-month period, and the price can be negotiated for someone taking the unit for both months. We can also be somewhat flexible on the rental duration. We are looking for clean, responsible and respectful tenants who will take good care of the condo while we are away. As part of the screening process, we will require government-issued ID and a credit check for prospective tenants.
