Only works if you plug in Left forgot to charge .. I beleive someone can use it in their garage or back up I dont have proper power cord as well I got one cell to green and other 2 red for two days .. but works if plugged in I tried USB cell charge AS IS This Eliminator PowerBox 1200 is a portable jump starter.
