Black Velvet Messenger Bag

Beautiful, unused velvet messenger bag with lace trimmings. The strap is about 42" in length and is NOT adjustable (it's partly why I never used it).
There are no inner pockets. Closes by velcro.
There is a minor scuff mark in the middle of the strap that I've been unable to get out, but other than that, this is in excellent condition.
Asking for $20.
