We are seeking a responsible and respectful tenant to share this pleasant home. The house is furnished, and unfortunately, pets are not permitted. The room will be available starting October 1st, 2025, with a three-month lease followed by a month-to-month arrangement. Included amenities are Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, parking, water, and garbage disposal. Electricity costs will be divided among all tenants. An additional $100 will be added to the rent if the room is occupied by two individuals. Private room for 1 person will be 1000 and if two then extra 150.
