After shutting it down and waiting a bit, it will go normal again. But it's not clear exactly when it happens. According to research this is a battery related issue. You can get the battery inspected/replaced. Hence the price. - It includes the original user manual, accessories, and charger. Intersection: Lakeshore and Bathurst.
