Pretty much brand new. Not even 2 months old yet, I bought it at Walmart for $129 plus tax and I only used it for Facebook while my other" to expensive" phone was being repaired and my phone company doesn't give a replacement phone temporarily, I never hooked it up to any service so it's all up to you with what you choose to use the phone for. excellent condition but you may need a new charger cord and they are very cheap to purchase and sold everywhere even the Dollar store. The original charger cord does come with it as well ☺️ comes with the original box and instruction manual. this phone is not locked. $60
