STORAGE UNIT DOWNSIZING – ENTIRE LOT FOR SALE I’m downsizing my storage unit and am looking to sell all of the items as one complete lot. I am not looking to sell everything individually, as my goal is to have someone purchase the lot, pick everything up, and clear out the storage unit. The items include a wide variety of things, including: Paint party business supplies, including easels, aprons, lots of paintbrushes, paints and other supplies — essentially many of the items needed to start your own paint party business Also .... • Antique and decorative dishes • Artwork and various décor • Christmas decorations and seasonal items • A large selection of artificial plants There is a large variety of items, and there are some really nice pieces included. This could be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys antiques, decorating, reselling, or who may be interested in starting their own paint party business without having to purchase all of the supplies individually. I am looking for someone who is interested in taking the entire lot and removing everything from the storage unit. I’m hoping to agree on a fair lump-sum price for everything.
