Tipsy Night Glazed Multi-Purpose Balm Joocyee is a C-beauty brand It's a clear balm for a glazing effect. Can be used anywhere on the face, from cheeks to lips.. Etc. Lightly used, but it's not for me. It's also vegan-friendly, if that matters.
