Evisu pants

Cousin gave them to me as a present but the waist is way too small for me, idk what they’re called all I know that its a brand called evisu? I think they could be like 28 or 27. They fit good, straight baggy. Someone enlighten me with what these pants are worth. Brand new, (Tried to put it on).
