Recreation skating and beginner roller derby. Sure-Grip boots are sized in North American men's shoe size. Men will typically fit true to size but keep in mind that you want your skate snug - so if your shoe size is a comfortable, loose fitting shoe, you may want to go a size down. Women will typically want to go a full size down from a North American shoe size. If you find yourself in between sizes, it is recommended you go a size down. Changing the insole and appropriate socks can aid in getting the perfect fit.
