Setup is ideal for students or work from home individuals with hard wired access points throughout premises and a kitchen/living area where work can be done too. Unfortunately, no pets and no smoking permitted, and parking is not included. Street parking is available with a permit and parking is right in front of the house and is in fact closer to the front door than the actual garage is.
