Rental Rates • Weekday: $15 per 24 hours • Weekend / Holiday: $40 per 48 hours • 3 days: $60 • Free delivery and pickup in Coquitlam for rentals of 3 days or more • Full propane tank available for an additional $20 • $150 refundable damage deposit Reservation Deposit • A $15 reservation deposit is required to hold your booking date. • The reservation deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up. • The $15 reservation deposit will be applied toward the rental cost at pickup. Pickup & Delivery • Pickup available in Coquitlam. • Free delivery and pickup in Coquitlam for rentals of 3 days or more. • Free delivery is ground-floor / curbside only. • No stairs, indoor carrying, or backyard setup included. • For rentals under 3 days, pickup is preferred. Delivery may be available for an additional fee—please message to ask. Rental Rules • Outdoor use only. • Renter is responsible for checking local fire restrictions, campground rules, and strata/building rules before use. • Do not use indoors, in garages, tents, on wooden decks, or near flammable materials. • Turn off the propane after use and allow the fire pit to cool completely. • Please remove garbage and return the unit reasonably clean. • The fire pit, propane tank, and all accessories must be returned together. • Photos, video, accessory count, and a function test will be completed at pickup and return. • Damage, missing parts, excessive cleaning, or misuse may be deducted from the deposit. • The $150 deposit will be refunded after inspection, provided everything is returned clean, complete, and undamaged. This portable propane fire pit is CSA certified and offers 58,000 BTU smokeless heat. It includes a cooking grill, lava rocks, a 10 ft hose, and a carry bag. Features include adjustable flame control and foldable legs.
