I am looking for a responsible and friendly tenant to rent a cozy and spacious room. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, a dresser, a desk and a chair. It also has a walking closet for your storage needs. Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. It's a short walk to the nearest bus stop. Seneca newnham campus 2-3 min walking distance. The monthly rent includes all utilities, such as water, electricity, gas, and high-speed internet. We have a washer and dryer available for use as well. Room for only one female person.
