Came from a pet & smoke free home. Professionally cleaned used couch. Used for less than a year. Everything works - nothing is broken. Couch pulls out and can be used to sleep on. Comes with storage. PU ONLY - North Vancouver. Reason for selling: I am moving. Measurements - the side of the couch with the chassis is 5ft and the couch length is 7.5ft, the side without chaise is 3ft 8.5inches.
