8-Day Vintage Pendulum Clock (NEEDS MINOR REPAIR)

This is an eight-day, spring-wound pendulum clock made by The New England Clock Company. It's a pendulum clock (doesn’t use any batteries or electricity). The clock case is made of solid wood and is in pretty good condition overall, except a few scratches that I didn’t want to touch since this is an older clock. You can see there are instructions on the back panel of the clock which is a neat feature. Although this is a beautiful clock with a lovely chime, there is an issue with the flexible metal gear (time spring or gear spring I believe it’s called). I myself do want to cause any damage to the clock by messing around with it, but I’ve been told it’s a simple and inexpensive fix. Nonetheless, although the clock’s pendulum currently isn’t properly working - the overall beauty, heritage and potential for someone who either would appreciate the decorative aspect of the Clock - or would be able to do a simple repair themselves would surely love this clock!
