Monteau Off-Shoulder Dress Size Small

A colorful floral print off-shoulder dress with a ruched neckline. The dress has a fitted bodice and a flowy skirt. There is a burgundy and red striped band along the neckline and hemline of the dress. Can be also worn as on shoulder. Very good condition, no signs of wear.
