Selling our large modular sectional sofa. Approximately 13 years old but still in great overall condition with no stains, tears, or structural issues. Extremely comfortable and perfect for a family room, basement, cottage, or large living space. The couch has experienced some fading in certain areas from years of natural sunlight exposure (see photos), which is reflected in the price.
